RECIPE
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups of fresh basil
- 1/4 of a cup of Marcona Almonds
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1/4 cup of grated vegan parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp of Himalayan salt
- 1/4 cup of coconut oil
- 1 tbs nutritional yeast
Directions:
- Pesto- Combine all the ingredients in a food processor until smooth
- Mix the pesto and cubed chicken in a large mixing bowl
- Skew 4 cubed Chicken pieces on each skewer
- Cook on a grill for 12-15
