RECIPE

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 banana 
  • 1/3 cup spinach
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/3 cup SO Delicious Coconut  Milk Yogurt
  • 1 Scoop Garden of Life, Raw Organic Vanilla Plant Protein
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Hemp Seeds

Directions:

  • Add all ingredients to a blender, and blend until smooth
  • I like to add hemp seeds, chia seeds, and coconut shavings on top for some extra fiber and flavor!⁣
